What you'll do 

• Create and design impactful presentation slides to communicate business concepts, KPIs, and reporting insights
• Develop and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and relevant KPIs
• Support to streamline reporting requirements and support stakeholders with data and visualization needs
• Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and the implementation of business concept

What you bring 

• You are a registered student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences studying a natural sciences subject, psychology, education, adult education, social sciences, or another field related to learning and development
• You have an affinity for training, coaching, continuing education, and/or human resources development
• You find it easy to communicate with others and work in a team
• Reliability, independent work, and the ability to work in a team are a given
• You are a talented organizer and work independently, in a structured, systematic, and precise manner
• You are well-versed in MS Office applications (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Teams), ideally also in Mural and video tools
• You are familiar with and enjoy working in a virtual setting
• Good written and spoken German and English skills round out your profile
