What you'll do 

1.   Material Creation and Update: 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance documents and presentations related to the role of an Enterprise Architect for RISE, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with team objectives
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and feedback, integrating insights and best practices into material updates
• Ensure all materials adhere to company branding and quality standards 

2.   Enablement Videos with Synthesia:

• Create engaging and informative enablement videos using Synthesia software to support the onboarding and continuous learning of our 800+ colleagues
• Script, edit, and produce video content, incorporating feedback to enhance the learning experience and ensure alignment with educational goals
• Manage video library updates and ensure accessibility for team members 

3.   Track and Follow-up on Delivery Tasks: 

• Support the tracking of deliverables and tasks within the Global team by maintaining organized records and documentation based on Jira
• Assist in monitoring progress against roadmaps, identifying potential delays or roadblocks, and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Conduct follow-up communications with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and gather status updates 

4.   SharePoint Management: 

• Regularly update the internal SharePoint site on the  Enterprise Architect for RISE role to ensure all team members have access to the latest materials, videos, and project updates
• Organize and maintain content within SharePoint, ensuring easy navigation and retrieval of information by team members
• Collaborate with IT and administrative staff to troubleshoot any technical issues related to SharePoint accessibility or functionality

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German
• Soft skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and engage with new challenges
• Others: Familiarity with educational content creation and video production tools, especially Synthesia, is a plus

 
Meet your team

The Working Student Global Enterprise Architecture will play an essential role in supporting the team by creating and updating materials on the deliverables, developing enablement videos using Synthesia, and assisting in tracking and following up on tasks related to team deliverables and roadmaps. This position is ideal for a proactive student seeking to gain hands-on experience in enabling and supporting business roles within a dynamic, globally-oriented team.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
